Kelly Woolfolk is a global creative advisor working at the intersection of intellectual property, culture, and international markets. Through Culture Counsel, she advises creators, cultural entrepreneurs, and institutions on how to protect, structure, value, and monetize creative assets with long-term vision. Her work includes the development of Creative Capital Lab, a framework designed to bridge cultural expression and sustainable economic power.

Her background includes a decade as in-house counsel for independent television production, work in global distribution at Disney, and service on the faculty at UC Berkeley School of Law, where she advised early-stage ventures.

Kelly holds an LL.M. in International Law with High Honors from UC Berkeley, a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and a B.A. from Spelman College.

 

A certified mediator, she is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
