With a background spanning The Walt Disney Company, independent television production, global AdTech, and academia, I bring both industry insight and sophisticated legal strategy to every engagement. My practice is built on three pillars: enabling creative expression through strategic transactions, protecting intellectual property and business interests, and maximizing value through licensing and distribution.
I have taught at UC Berkeley School of Law, presented internationally at the Cannes Film Festival and in Havana, Cuba, and serve as Vice Chair of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers' Association's Western Region. As a certified mediator fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, I work across borders and cultures to resolve complex disputes and structure international deals.
